Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • Be in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp. Once your request has been approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to return your item.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please provide:

  • Clear photographs of the product and its packaging

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards (where applicable)

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a verified product defect.
